Every year when this day comes I always look back what I was doing on the same day exactly a year ago, and I'm always surprised how the days/months/ and year gone by so quickly! I think the moment you stop physically growing...and when your environment stop changing so much (i.e. when you start working) you stop noticing about small changes in your life and time seem to go by real fast...although 6th of May on 2009 only happens once in history, we take it like any other May we spent in the past...!
We tend to forget that everyday is very unique & special, regardless if it's your birthday or not..that it happens only once...
something that we should all appreciate more.


My colleagues and I had wild(? karaoke night last Friday as my pre-birthday party (though it was more like an excuse to go to karaoke! lol).
Last Sunday my best friend for over 10 years planned this wonderful day out for me at a theme park in London.
I never been on so many 'extreme rides' all in one day! lol
After an eventful day, my boyfriend and I were invited to her boyfriend and her new flat, we were welcomed with home-made B.D cake (strawberry cheesecake! ) and a card/present. So I feel like my birthday celebration has been stretched out nice and long!

I don't have much plan for today, but looking forward to purchase lovely French cake from posh corner bakery.
I received a parcel this morning at work, a jewel box and gold necklaces from my mum which was nice surprise as well...when you send things to oversea it never usually arrives on time but somehow my mum always manages!
I hope today will be wonderful day for you as much as it's a special day for me.

P.S My, my page view is almost 20000! I'll updated this new pic once it hit that number! I started D/A on 1st of May 2007 so this will be my third year anniversary too! Yay
